Online Continuing Rabbinic Education

Using the latest computer technology to further disseminate Puah's expertise, the Puah Institute now offers online courses, taught by both Puah Rabbis as well as medical experts from around the world.
A new course has been developed and is currently being taught twice weekly to Chabad Sheluchim serving in a multitude of worldwide centers. The course objective is to provide these rabbis with an in-depth knowledge of the halachic and medical aspects of fertility, gynecology, women's health and intimacy issues.
The rabbis log into the virtual classroom via their personal computers to participate. They can see the lecturer as he presents the class, as well as all the presentations and diagrams that he displays for them via the virtual whiteboard on their screen. They can ask questions online during the lecture and the presenter answers them immediately.
Yeshiva University's Center for the Jewish Future is also developing similar program with Puah for American Rabbis serving in a variety of smaller communities. These courses allow Puah to educate and positively impact couples, no matter how remote or isolated their community.
