Ingredients:

1 lb farmer cheese

1 cup flour

½ cup sugar

6 eggs

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Butter for frying

Easy Dairy Chocolate Rugelach

Chocolate Rugelach

A real crowd-pleaser for the chocolate lovers in your life!

Ingredients:

Dough
1 cup (2 sticks) soft butter
8 oz. softened regular (not whipped) cream cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar

Chocolate
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup pecan halves

Yields 60 pieces

Penne a la Vodka

This is a great recipe for adding a little spice and variety to your family's menu!

Ingredients:

1 lb. penne pasta, cooked

Red Sauce:

2 Tbsp. unsalted butter

2 Tbsp. olive oil

½ chopped onion

1 tsp. dried basil

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. crushed garlic

¾ cup canned crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

White Sauce:

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 clove garlic, crushed

½ cup grated parmesan

2 Tbsp. vodka (optional)
